    Unleash Elements - Do i use it?

    Should i be using UE?

    If so do i use it everytime it's off CD or what?

    What spec are you and what lvl 90 talent have you taken? :P

    i`d say yes, regardless of spec. I play resto, and i use it everytime i lay down HR, depending on my talent choice for that tier. UE comes of CD about 2 sec after HR is off cd.

    Not strictly true. If he plays Elemental and isn't specced into Unleashed Fury then the answer is no. Hence inquiring about it.

    i agree. I didnt want to say much about elemental, because idk if he is specced into it or not, and then it would be a no, idd if you spec into UE as a resto, it removes the buff on HR, so then its rather useless. but you shouldnt spec into that as resto anyways. but why am i talking about resto...this is a elemental shaman i`ll shut up now

    Yep, use UE on cooldown where you can, but be sure not to waste the damage boost of your next fire spell on Flame Shock, always ensure Lava Burst is the next fire spell you cast after it.
