Special/rare items in challenge modes

Hello. I'm sorry if there has been other threads about this, but I haven't been able to find any.

Anyways, I'm looking for a list of special/rare items that are usable in challenge modes and can give you an advantage. Some examples include battle horn, rod of ambershaping, oddly-shaped horn and the klaxxi rep mana regen ambers. But what else is there?

Some CMs use the battle horn. Main example is stormstout brewery. You can use it in the first room with 3 elite monkeys to kill the little sprites and make them lose ~60% of their HP. The tank uses it in the room with the neutral monkeys to pull them all quickly.
