Bags?

Any words on new (bigger!) bags in wod? Or should i just buy them expensive f*ckers?

even if they get bigger, the current bags will be cheaper by comparison due to gold inflation. better of waiting till WoD either way.

Bag clutter is being reduced as well. Crafting materials have much higher stacking sizes, quest items do not take up bag space, toybox, heirloom box, extra transmog storage etc etc.

They've stated there won't be any bigger bags, but they've remedied this by clearing out clutter.

Gronnskin Bag is the only new bag that has been datamined so far, but the source is still unknown.

There was a new bag datamined not long ago. It's called Gronnskin Bag and is supposed to be a 28 slot bag. But with all the changes in quest-items, toybox items and such I personally wouldn't be bothered buying such big bags as I rarely have bagspace issues.

With all the new changes to inventory in WoD, there is absolutely no reason for new bags. Most crafting materiels will stack to 200 and there is a whole new bank tab just for crafting materials. Toy box will be out, there will be another page for the void storage. Quest items will be a part of the UI now and not take up bag space. Honestly, if you will have inventory problems in WoD, it's more of a personal organizational issue on your part than anything to do with the game.

I can forgive that. Heirlooms have the added benefit of being account bound, so you can literally transfer them off to a different server to make space.

I can forgive that. Heirlooms have the added benefit of being account bound, so you can literally transfer them off to a different server to make space.

Wish there was a way to find them now though. Is a pain looking through a bunch of different characters.


OT: Bigger bags would be nice but the clutter clear and sorting system is a good addition.

That's actually one of the reasons they added in the account-wide mail, programming the heirloom box was proving to be a daunting task, and they decided to alleviate the pressure, so they can work on it when they have time, and release it some time after launch or next expansion if need be...and still provide a storage alternative (although a bad one IMO, didn't like making an alt on a server i'll never play on just to have heirlooms in a bank)

I'm sure Altoholic caches stuff like that and tells you where certain items are if you have them on any character. Even tells you the quantity and whether they're in your inventory or your bank.

Come on man, at least try to read. Toy box will be in at launch. Heirloom tab won't. There will be a lot of inventory improvements that I already mentioned above. You won't have problems with your inventory unless you can't organize anything in your life either.

No no, the TOYBOX is already in the alpha, though in the first build not functioning i guess (premade characters don't have toys, so it's hard to say whether it's functional or not) but the heirloom box isn't in
