    Time for a new PC!

I'm starting a new build soon considering my current PC is beginning to go out of date-ish. Mainly my GPU is going outdated, but I feel I might as well just go all out on a new beast.

I'd say I would go as high as spending $3000 on this build, to last me quite a long time.

With building this PC from the ground up, minus peripherals, what else am I missing? I'm not new to building a PC, but I'm not exactly a pro at it either.

    Any help is highly appreciated.

Get a Samsung 840 Evo or Pro instead. Other than that, I don't see any issues, I'll assume that whatever monitor(s) you're going to be using will make SLI'ing those cards more than worth it for you. Either way, overkill intended, I don't see anything else I'd change.

    1. Why go for older cpu's/mobo, the new ones are out. So i7 4790k/Z97 mobo.
    2. For 240-256gb ssd grab a Samsung/Crucial MX100
    3. Why Sli 770s? You are better with a 780(ti). Less hassle, heat, power consumption etc
    4. Would reckon to buy some additional quality fans for the h100i unless you don't care about the noise they ones that comes with do.
