Recommend some PC driving games?

I'm a huge fan of the Forza series, but since I built my newest gaming PC I just want to use it for everything. I can play most of my old console games (ps2 and older) through emulators (I do it the legal way) but I was hoping someone could recommend a PC car game to replace my forza fix. Forza horizon was my favorite, so something along the lines of that, the nFS games are too hard for my liking, I really enjoyed forzas option to rewind if you mess up, but I know thats a rare feature in a car game. Otherwise I'm stuck and can't seem to find anything besides NFS games.

If I do have to go the NFS route, which one would you say is more casual/easy to play? (I noticed they havn't had a difficulty option since underground 2)

I also would prefer a newer game with nice graphics, I know graphics aren't everything, but god this PC is gorgeous.
