Well, I think my avatar says a lot.
Still, I voted the UK because while I do love South Park and Married with Children, most other American TV shows are meh to me. I love British documentaries though.

OT: I would say that Britain makes a larger proportion of good shows as a percentage of its output, but the US has such a huge output that the number of good shows they produce probably outnumbers the entirity of British TV good and bad combined.
The other English speaking nations make the odd decent programme, but the BBC alone probably outdoes them all.

3. You can fight for third place amongst yourselves, as nobody gives a shit, but Australia can do one for foisting Rolf Harris on us, so they come last behind Gibraltar and the Falkland Islands, who probably don't even make TV shows.
