[H]Tarren Mill <Iridium>25-Man HC 11/14 Looking for more players
Iridium, is a English speaking raiding guild located on the server Tarren Mill Horde. At the moment we have 11/14 25-man HC and progressing on siegcrafter blackfuse hc!
Iridium was founded 1-13-2013, during Mist of Pandaria, with intention to reach heroic high-end bosses with 3 days per week schedule. Our goal in Mist of Pandaria is to clear 14/14 25-man heroic, Siege of Orgrimmar. We are aiming for Mythic in WoD and will take the time that is left of MoP to build a strong roster!
What Iridium currently recruiting is:
★ We are looking for any classes and specs at the moment to increase our 25man roster. We are mainly looking for healers and range DPS, we also got a few melee spots open! We are looking for people with equal proggress as the guild got.
Listed below is what you can expect from Iridium community.
★ A strong leadership with wide raiding/guild leading experience throughout the years, with the majority of us been playing/raiding since Vanilla days.
★ Steady progression, Heroic mode is what counts for us, and will be Mythic raiding in Warlords of Draenor.
★ The guild bank will offer you repairs, banquets during raids.
★ Players with a strong dedication towards our guild success, both in the social aspect, and in the raiding aspect!
★ A relaxing raiding atmosphere, yet a serious one. Laughing and toying during trash is alright, to an extend. But during progression we demand our players to concentrate on the task that they are given and play at a high personal skill level.
★ Iridium is a warm and friendly community for raiders and socials.
★ We have schedule RBG and alt runs aswell.
What do Iridium expect from you as an individual player?
★ To have close to 100% raid attendence. If for any reason you cannot make the raid due to whatever obstacle it may be, contact an officer or GM!
★ That you know your class 100% prefferd in most specs.
★ We want you to be dedicated to the guild.
★ You always bring your best mindset during our raids, playing your A-game during the whole raid. We want quality over quantity in our raids.
★ You always strive to become better at the game. You always want to keep improving your skill-level and strive to evolve as a player . Your mindset is competitive, wanting to push new heroic/mythic bosses at all cost. You hunger for more progress.
★ You are ready for new heroic bosses and know tactics. You are mentally prepared for wipes.
★ You join the raid group with a positive raiding spirit, and you always trying to look at the positive sides. During rough times you try to lift the raiding team up.
★ We are using EPGP in Iridium. To sort out loots. All of our raiders and trials needs to have it installed to get loot. Raiders have prio on gear before Raid trials.
