What are some of the condiments you could not live without?

So many tragic , sad and just down-right serious news topics dominating off-topic. So I thought we could discuss something a bit more light hearted.

Heinz tomato ketchup , There are some foods I simply will not eat without this stuff , and it has to be Heinz.

Cholula Hot sauce , perfect on so many dishes , will make a sandwich more interesting when you have a boring lunch sitting in front of you and perfectly balances spicy and flavoursome in a nice wooden top bottle.

Southwest sauce , you can only get this particular variation in Subway stores but by god is it wonderful. The only sauce I get at subway.
It's a very creamy sauce with a sure kick up the ass with a bit of heat.

So what about you MMO? I'm hungry.

    Olive oil. And pepper.
Lemon too: I put lemon on basically everything. But I don't know if people would regard that as a condiment.

Mustard: just about any kind of meat deserves a good mustard. I'm partial to Horseradish mustard.

Best I've found so far is Annies:

Very good flavor while being mild, so it complements rather than overpowers the meat.

    Felix Tomato Ketchup, I suppose.

Mustard, and steak sauce (preferably A1, but the generic walmart brand taste just as good).

Salt and Sarsons malt vinegar. It goes with everything.

I have actually added salt to a bacon sandwich before, and it was glorious.

I put Reggae Reggae Sauce in everything, besides that it would probably be salt & vinegar.
