Making the switch to Unholy

Currently DW Frost, managed to pick up the Flex Thok Weapon (still no trinket qq). With My gear, could I switch to Unholy and do comparable/more damage? Or should I wait until I get the Thok trink, normal/heroic weapon, etc? I think I read somewhere on the forums that Unholy tends to edge out around 570, but DW is getting a little boring.

Play what you want, but frost will probably give you better numbers at your current gear level.
