Mammoroth would be a really sad final boss. It will probably be Gul'dan all jacked up with demon power, or maybe Kil'jaedan depending on when we catch up to Gul'dan in the patch cycles.

I realy hope its not Grom Hellscream, other than that it can be whatever, after they managed to invent Garrosh as a boss nothign can be worse.
Definitely a Burning Legion character to push us into a Burning Legion expansion. I'm expecting Kil'jaeden, but I wouldn't be surprised if Gul'dan was the last boss and they saved Kil'jaeden to be a major lore character in the next expansion.
You just lost The Game
With MoP, Blizzard really wanted the final boss to be a surprise, after sufficient story buildup, but fans backlashed.
With WoD they're taking a slightly different approach, giving us some significant baddies to focus our ire on for the time being, and Grom is certainly worthy, but they've said it won't be an orc. So they want to do a secret final boss again, but after sufficient buildup, just like MoP.
Wrathion must play a big role in the next xpac. The build up has been monumental and so far....nothing lore wise.
He has had a finger in everything that goes on in MoP. He is the last important black dragon. I refuse to think that he was just put there for a legendary cloak.
Medivh seems far more likely than Mannoroth in all honesty.
Gul'dan is confirmed to be working for Kil'jaeden. Odds are he will summon his master onto Draenor. He's really the perfect character for it, he is tied to both the Draenei and the Orcs.

The War Kings of Azeroth
The Dark portal will turn green, and several familiar faces will come through the new opening. Green and red, clad in steel. King Llane leading the charge.
Grom was never confirmed, that was a joke of theirs. But the Adal thing is kinda cool. Him being Draenor's guardian, not so much. But him being draenors lich king would be cool.
A'dal came after draenor's destruction and helped the few surviving draenei reclaim Shattrath. He became good friends with Khadgar who is currently traveling this Draenor... I think A'dal might have told him how to get ahold of him sooner and that we might see the Sha'tar arrive within this expansion...unless Blizzard totally forgot about them.
Nerzhul never met a Naaru and if the dark star is one and he can corrupt it and control it, could lead to some big possibilities(Shadow lore!) Kinda ironic that Nerzhul's Lich King persona was beaten by a naaru infused into a sword in our timeline, and for Nerzhul to go corrupting one in another timeline. Maybe he'll create Frostmourne in draenor.

Him and Kairoz care more about Azeroth than draenor, so my guess is that they're pulling some crap over on Azeroth while we're distracted with Garrosh on Draenor.
Your actually wrong wraithion isn't trying to make worlds he trying to unify ours to fight the only threat that can destroy us. I'm guessing he had kairoz to free garrosh and make the iron horde to force to united in time of a great threat and prepare us for the legion
