Basic Weak auras help

[Challenge]

Hi. I'm looking for a way to make an few weak auras. My friend made them for me before but somehow they got deleted and I dont know how to make them myself. What it did was

1. Track the ICD, duration uptime of my trinket procs (evil eye of galakras and thoks tail tip)
2. Shows up time of stormlash totem, and skull banner, and who its from
3. Shows my weapon proc, fallen crusader
4. Shows the cooldown and duration uptime of any potion i use, normally mogu strength dps pot.

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to adds so any help would be great. Essientially, its 2 icons for 2 trinkets, 2 for stormlash and skull banner, 1 for wep proc, 1 for potions
