Ask Mr robot..... (stat weights)

Used ask Mr robot today today maximize my stats after getting some new gear for my assassination rogue. All the reforges were telling to reforge out of mastery and into haste for the most part, some had reforges out of mastery into crit. I had been thinking assassination was a mastery heavy build and I had been reforging into mastery as much as possible til I used this site, my hit and exp are both at exactly 7.50 while my mastery dropped from 75% to 53% and my haste is now 34%. Is this how were doing it now?
