Weird crater/hole in Siberia, what could it be?

If I had to guess I'd say it's some sort of sink hole. They seem to be increasingly common, perhaps as a consequence of some of the more modern methods of extracting resources from deep beneath the ground.

No idea on what it was, that penetrated the surface. But it certainly doesn't look like an impact from inside out.
I too don't believe in a meteorite causing it, since the debris on the outside would be more scattered away from the hole on one side.
Such objects usually come in at an angle, not almost straight down.

Maybe some type of test bomb, that penetrates it's way down due to high temperature creation.... idk.
