Are all the CC returning?

Not sure if i read it right or if it's something else cause that's why i made this thread but i saw at frontpage a MASSIVE list of cc's and it looked like they added those back to the game, is this the case? Or are these the CC's we got left?

Take a closer look. There are CC that exist NOW and aren't in that list. That list is the CC we got left.
It may LOOK "massive", but it's less than now. Also, some CC in the list come from mutually exclusive talents.

EDIT: I'm rereading the list and wondering, wasn't warrior's staggering shout removed?

There's a whole load in there that are removed as of a few builds ago.

It seems like the entire warrior shout talent tier was replaced.
