How many are needed to be considered as potential criminal activity?

Seven individuals at IRS involved in investigation have hard drive crashes losing emails: http://dailycaller.com/2014/06/26/me...uters-crashed/

EPA official under investigation has hard drive crash losing emails: http://www.politico.com/story/2014/0...pa-108306.html

FEC official involved in IRS controversy has hard drive crash losing emails: http://dailycaller.com/2014/07/14/lo...o-missing-too/

    and now...

Up to 20 hard drive crashes of IRS officials (not just worker bees but actual IRS officials): http://dailycaller.com/2014/07/21/no...s-still-exist/

So how much is enough? How much is too much? Based solely on the original 7 IRS hard drives the odds of this randomly happening have been calculated to be worse than being struck by lightning. http://kenhoma.wordpress.com/2014/06...ives-crashing/

I tried this once before but was shut down because of a larger thread supposedly on this topic. Well, it seem that this other thread has been pretty much hijacked onto a discussion about the 5th Amendment. This hijacking even appears to be encouraged by a moderator.

I think it would seem to anybody with a functional brain that there are grounds for conspiracy to commit a coverup. However, the IRS is a labyrinthine monstrosity with a tremendous about of clout in the US. That agency can make life unpleasant for a lot of people should it choose to assert pressure. Even if it does not, there mere threat is enough to deter all but the most determined of investigators.

In short - nobody wants the IRS pissed off at them.
