The Scarlet Crusade ( 9/14 HC ) is recruiting a skilled Druid or Shaman healer.

We are the largest and most established Horde guild on the Darksorrow-Genjuros-Neptulon merged group with many veteran Vanilla and TBC players.
We are currently running 3 x 10 man heroic teams, but with the coming changes in WoD we will be looking to move into 25 man heroic and 20 man Mythic raiding.

We currently also run Flex runs 1-4 for alts and socials on a Thursday and Saturday at 7:30-10:30 (EU Server Time)

Our guild aim is to find players who, like us have responsibilities outisde of the game but are passionate about wanting to raid efficiently and effectively through current raid content. Our vision is to have fun whilst raiding but maintain a progressive and foccused environment during those raids. We all want to enjoy raids and not feel like they are a second job, but we do also want to ensure our small raid time is spent being effectively rather than joking around and wiping all night on one boss.

Unfortunately we are losing one of our core healers as they re-locate to America for work. It's a particularly big blow for me as she has been my pocket healer since Karazhan. With every other potential applicant on our server seeming to be a Paladin. we've decided to cast a wide net out to find a great personality.

Please note : Although we have some gear requirements, we are much more interested in finding the right personality to fit our friendly guild environment.
You will be :

*A Resto Shaman or Druid (Preferably with a strong caster DPS offspec)

*550 ilevel + for current heroic progress

*Have the legendary cloak + meta

*Arrive prepared for raids with potions, flasks, food, gemmed and enchanted gear and an understanding of the appropriate boss tactics.

*Learn from your mistakes. We're not the kind of guild that will shout at you for causing a wipe; we encourage creative play and trying different tactics. You too should be willing and able to learn, adapt, and not make the same mistake often.

*Raiding experience should be at a high level. Our typical players are former-hardcore raiders who want a less intensive raid schedule. If you don't have a lot of previous experience, that's fine, but we will expect you to be on top of your game.

*Attitude is important. We're a social guild who just so happen to raid. It's important to us that you get along well with our members, whether they are raiders or not. Somebody who only logs on to raid is not someone we're typically looking for.

*English fluency is required, and not just within a chat box. We use Teamspeak, and whilst talking isn't mandatory, it's certainly a huge plus in your favour if you're happy using a microphone.

*Sensible, mature attitude. We are perfectly happy to sort out any problems and are keen to look after you and make sure your needs are met, but we aren't that keen to listen to loot drama with other players. Our loot method is a need/greed system with a back up loot council if someone is in desperate need of an item, but this is mostly self regulating through guild members being understanding of other players loot needs, and trials are equally as entitled to loot as full raiders. Additionally, we tend to recruit people who are aged 18+, but we are willing to make the odd exception for the right person.

Wipes happen and they're important for learning. You'll be able to give wipe nights your full attention and enthusiasm, and won't mysteriously disappear due to 'computer troubles' or your dog being on fire.

If you have any questions or concerns or just fancy a chat about the guild, don't hesitate to get in touch via RealID Bro 2374 (and try to ignore how terrible my battletag name is!)

Thanks,

Kizumi
