You know, honestly, tauren really got the best out of these updates. They actually gained expression and facial animation as well as better skin texture then any other race so far.

Never ceases to amaze me how much of a difference it makes when it's compared with the old model.

One thing that bugged me about the male draenei update was how it changed their stance and it didn't seem to pay homage to the original model.
THIS however looks like what I hoped for, an actual update that remains true to the original, but gives more and just looks better while keeping the charm of the original.#boycottchina

That's probably the best updated model they've done, if you compare the originals to the updated models. The female Tauren was one of the worst models in the game, and she received a lot of TLC with this update. I've been mostly impressed with the model updates, but this is on another level.

I admit its gonna be another same face issue here, but at least tauren now have expression and emotion instead of a cardboard blank face with only a moving mouth part. Seeing tauren updates when they scowl or smile is just amazing. This is one of the few things I admire in the coming expansions.. a pity it doesn't go for all races. Originally Posted by Retriavenger
