Been using my Naga for years now not a single issue thing has been dropped, wire ran over and wrapped around chair wheels the lot even coffee spilt on it. The thing is solid i hear many saying they brake easy maybe i got a good one? Anyway faultless mouse Would get another one of a G600.
OH wow, I didn't expect this thread to really get traction when I posted here (and then didn't have a computer for a few days).
I'm just not interested in getting another Naga at this time - this is the second one that's failed on me, and I don't see the point in swinging the price. I prefer an MMO mouse because that's what I'm used to, and I'm quite comfortable with it. I didn't intend for this to be a Razer vs. the world kind of thing - I just feel that Razers tend to get a bit overhyped just because they put "gamer" on there :P
I opted to go with a cheap knockoff for now until I can get the money for a G600 - I used a G5 basically since they released until about a year or two ago, and it was replaced by my first Naga. The knockoff works, and has decent reviews - if it lasts for over a year, that'd be wonderful, but I don't have high expectations.
Thanks for your insight, yall!
It's s shame because Razer really made the mouse with the right idea in mind. I won't buy any Razer gear anymore too. Every single piece of Razer hardware I have ever bought has failed in some way. I've had really good luck with Logitech and the only time I've ever thrown away something from them was from just wearing them down. I had a MX518 mouse that I wore holes in after 8+ years of use. It still worked when I threw it away.

Personally i choose one of these over any other hyped mouse brand, because a4tech for the past 6 years just keeps delivering what no one does. Wireless high quality and precisio gaming mouse with led and insane macro support banned in some games for 40 bucks? It is real.
Agreed - I have a Blackwidow keyboard that I received as a gift from a friend over 7 years ago. I had two Nagas fail in a few years, and really - especially swapping out the grip types - I overall liked the feel of the Naga. I'm just not a fan of replacing my mouse every 1-2 years, especially when I used a G5 for well over five years.
As a cat/dog owner, I don't mind wireless products. I used to have a wireless keyboard. But, I feel that battery technology still has a ways to go.
If they all functioned the way the Epic line did, in which you can charge them while you use them with a cord, that'd be one thing.
Also, to be fair, I got my own mouse for $36 yesterday. It's an offbrand, but it seems to function really well. It'll just take some adjustment.
Had my naga for nearly 2 and a half years. Still going strong.
My Bloody R8 does exactly what you described - you just plug any micro usb cable and keep using it while it being charged, for 40 bucks. As for lags i didnt notice any difference between wired or wireless. Actually wireless mouse seem to perform even better than a cheap wired one.If they all functioned the way the Epic line did, in which you can charge them while you use them with a cord, that'd be one thing.

I like my naga 2014 edition but when I play CS:go the buttons are in the way
Just look for a nice brand with a few side buttons . I like the new company called A4tech they make nice mice and keyboards for gamers without the price tag of the others
