Naxx stole my gold ! /rage!

So yeah ......

Did try to buy my way into Naxx wing 2 ...got stuck on blue swirly circle....crashed ...tryed again and 1400G gone and still no access, made a ticket .... got answer 30 mins later ( impressive speed tbh. ) got told to wait 30 mins and it would be fixed .....

So went to bed and now 9 hours later ...... still missing 1400G and cant play wing 2

And to judge from the official forums im far from alone, the game has been out for a bit now and it is the 2nd wing of naxx so about now you should think that Blizz got this under control and made it solid, but still in wing 1 we did face the lagmonster and wing 2 now show us the loothoader at work.

Blizz i love ya and all but damnit give me my gold and let me play !

Decided I'm too lazy to earn 2400 gold, so I bought the whole thing.
Got to the swirly, and it's been like 5 hours and says the purchase is still happening so I can't do anything about it.
Eh, just have to wait I guess -_-

Got to say that even tho i got 2 answers on my ticket so far and i was impressed with that i mean first answer came 30 mins after i made the ticket in the middle of the night ........... still not sorted

Still missing the gold still cant get into the 2nd wing.


This is not a massive expansion, it is a small adventure using the shop that are already in the game ... how the hell cant this be fixed by now ?

Okay I get that everybody is trying to log in at the same time and buying at the same time when the xpack gets released, but 15 hours later I still am queued and I saw that 8 hours ago they posted this to Facebook:

It's one thing to not have a working product due to servers being overcapacitated, it's a whole other thing to have a not working product and then advertise as if it is working

Because not being able to play a new part of a game is a first time for you guys ? You never bought new released DLC before or ? Things happen.

Things does indeed happend and esp. in a F2P game that does not make it ok that 2 days later it is not fixed tho.

I had the swirly issue with authorising [payment for buying all wings. I click on the screen a while after it the game went back to the selection screen. Upon trying again it went through first time.

Going to get a bank statement tomorrow to make sure I wasnt charged twice, as that I as apparently a common issue.

I am very glad I bought the whole expansion at the beginning for cash. Watched my best friend try to buy the 2nd wing for a whole day and his frustration bring me joy

New PC (nothing for iPad) patch was just released a few minutes ago....

Purchasing Wing 2 is still stuck on Authenticating..

Multiple issues I'd guess.
A friend was having the the same issue purchasing the wing during opening, but it got resolved yesterday and he got his wing.
