"The Naxxramas Warrior. Eternal slayer of the Orcs."
feedback is always nice
We all play wow don't we?
Also, Spec ops was actually alright gameplay wise.
Spec Ops: The Line has decent gameplay, I thought.
Everyone criticized Spec Ops for having generic TPS gameplay.
"The Naxxramas Warrior. Eternal slayer of the Orcs."
No, but I'd play a game with amazing gameplay and who cares stories anyday.
Grand Crusader Belloc <-- 6608 Endless Tank Proving Grounds score! (
Dragonslayer Kooqu
No because for me gameplay is more important than storyline. Of course I'm not saying storyline not important...in fact storyline is second most important thing for me in any video game but gameplay comes first. Example of games that has amazing gameplay but mediocre or bad storyline:
1-Dragon Quest 6 in the PS2
2-Super Mario RPG series
3-World of Warcraft is a good example the storyline most of the time medium quality sometimes even bad but damn the gameplay is amazing.
These are the games that I currently remember I will post more when my old memory doesn't betray me (Old veteran video gamer original nintendo and MSX era unfortunately we are becoming rare breed).

thats what books are for, a story. i play games to play a game, good story can be part of a game but isnt needed. examples can be tetris and the first mario (oh! the princess isnt at this castle. go to the other one -the end-), or any classic arcade game, really.

You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish.
Definitely gameplay over story. I skip all the cutscenes in games, they don't interest me at all. I just want to play the damn game, not watch a movie
Intel Core i5 4690K 3.50Ghz, OC'd to 4.0Ghz | 8GB Corsair DDR3-1066 RAM | Gigabyte Z97-HD3
NVIDIA GeForce 680GTX 2048MB VRAM | Corsair 750TX 750W PSU | Phantecks Dual fan PH-TC14PE
I can drag myself through terrible gameplay for a decent to great story with most games at least one time, but i would definitely prefer if they had good gameplay as well.
Bad gameplay is the reason for why i have not played the first Witcher game more than once.
How dare you call the original drakengard crappy! It was one of my favorite games when i was growing up i also liked/LOVED this game suggest trying it out have very fond memories of the game. Also to the question yes i can tolerate it

“Snow can only live in the winter. When it nears a fire, it dies. That is its life. It may yearn for summer, but… it can only desire it. In my hand, the snow becomes water, because this is not its world….”“The boundless Heavens and Earth are the final resting place of all living things. Life is like a journey, filled with various scenery, various paths.
The Silent Hill series is just about the only set of games where I can tolerate bad gameplay for good story telling.

Assassin's creed's got a really nice story but horrible combat, if that counts.
Mediocre gameplay yes.
Bad gameplay would almost certainly detract from the enjoyability of playing so probably not.
Spec ops did not have mediocre or bad gameplay. It had average gameplay. Nothing that made it standout (gameplay wise), but certainly adequate, especially at the sale price of like $2 that it's been.
