I only have bad days if something unexpected and bad happens, so impossible to tell how often. It's pretty rare though, I'm generally a happy person.
Male, 22, bad news/events, like long walks on the beach.
< Does that face look like I ever have good days?
Quite often.
I'd say 1-2 every fortnight. Mainly due to the people I strive to tolerate at work.
almost never, and if i do i deal with the problem and turn it into good day again.
Often the countries with those so claimed real problems choose to have laws that allow such treatment, I don't feel sorry at all for people willingly allowing their goverment to fuck them over.
I'm thankful for the older generations that fought to give me the lifestyle I have now, and I don't plan on feeling guilty for being blessed with it. That doesn't mean I can't have any "real" problems.
That said, I usually have a bad day depending on which coworkers I have to deal with. Could be an entire week, could be I don't have one for months.

People...such basterds...
A day I can't handle has to be epicly bad, so that's an adventure in itself, and adventures are always fun.
Since I started running seriously, almost never. Nothing terribly bad ever happens to me, and a crummy day at work is easily fixed by a good run and spending time with my girlfriend. If you're healthy, active, financially comfortable, and with a partner you love, everything else is basically icing on the cake.
I control my destiny and attitude, so never.
You're getting exactly what you deserve.
Well I get migraines almost every day, so yeah.
Appreciate your time with friends and family while they're here. Don't wait until they're gone to tell them what they mean to you.
I usually have a bad day every couple of weeks. That's the good thing about exercise I guess. Keeps your mood high.
5 days a week.
Not bad, just the same, day in day out.
So 7 days a week, every week, every month, the past 4 years...
There are good days ??
