    [ANIME] Post Your Favorite Anime Movie

    Rules: You only can take one anime movie to a deserted island where you'll spend the next six months. Thing is the store only has one copy of each movie so you can't pick a movie that is already posted.

    And if you can add the reasons why you like it, maybe some links, all the better.

    I'll start.

    Wings of Honneamise

    Images

    Studio Ghibli level animation. Great hard SF story. Fun for the whole family except for the attempted rape scene.

    The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. If this question was asked next year, It'd be the Girls Und Panzer movie. Clannad would be my choice, but the anime show has more emotional weight to it.

    The Anime itself may have a more in-depth story and better looking art style, but the movie always holds a special place in my heart.
    As for why I love it? I'm a sucker for a good love story (Howl's Moving Castle is another personal favorite). ^^ Plus, Air was the first series that ever truly brought me to tears.
