Mik's Scrolling Combat Text Skill Icons switch [Solved]

Hello , I wanna switch the Mutilate Skill tooltip shown in the Mik Scrolling combat text because at the moment it is not the original blue one.It shows just 2 crossed blades atm.Can anyone tell me where i can adjust this?

So, basically the icon it is pulling is the damage portion of the spell here: Mutilate;

Not the Rogue Specialization here: Mutilate.

To fix it, you need to download and put this file in your World of Warcraft folder, and it will switch the tooltip that Miks uses.
