Yes, just not in that color. You'd have to do it in SOO Normal and win the item as DK's can't roll on INT plate

Not at the moment. Possibly after 6.0 if they do the stat conversion thing from the Garrosh one. Still probably not.
Also, is that avatar from DARE to Resist Ninja Drugs and Ninja Violence?

I believe that in WoD (maybe 6.0?) they are changing the LFR system for older raids to allow people to go back and get items for transmog and I think that included being able to change the loot system for older LFR's. The example was DS, but I don't know if those changes will also be made for SoO once we are in WoD or if that would be further down the line.
