Addon to show cooldowns, charges/procs etc? middle of screen

what addon do i need to do this?

Example, I have these charges that I need for my pet as unholy DK, I want something that shows me it.

It would also be nice if it showed the keybinding for it aswell!.

And then other things aswell, like when my activation cds come up.. etc

You could use Doom Cooldown Pulse, is simple and notifies you what you want. Maybe is not as visual as the things you can achieve with WeakAuras but gets the job done. If you want something more specific use WeakAuras, is pretty much one of the most compact, multipurpose powerful addons out there right now.
