1) they aid the plaguelands!
2) both went to northrend
3) one is tauren other night elf
4) both belong to the cenarion circle
5) their levels & locations changed with cataclysm
EDIT:
found the last part!!
6) Despite being part of the Earthen Ring/ Cenarion Circle Faction, they will not reflect your standing with them, and will continue to be Neutral even if your reputation with the Earthen Ring/ Cenarion Circle is Friendly or higher.

Correct! The answer was Rimblat Earthshatter and Rayne.
We might've been enemies if not for our colours - Their allegiances are to the Cenarion Circle and Earthen Ring, not Alliance or Horde
In spoiled country, we aided another - Eastern Plaguelands
We followed them north, too - Zul'Drak
But when we returned, we weren't that close any more. - Post-Cataclysm, they don't stand together at Light's Hope Chapel, and have different roles.
