    What was your senior quote?

I know most you are 15 and European but I was wondering what your senior quotes were? I came to a horrible realization the other day that I completely forgot what mine was and I left my yearbook back in Virginia, 8000 miles away.

For anyone unfamiliar, in the US (maybe other places) you can have a quote of your choice next to your picture in your senior yearbook. It really reflects a person's personality and attitude towards high school.

    An example:

Most people are probably close to 30 and from the US.

But on the topic, we don't have that kind of thing in Finland. Instead, other people write stuff about us in the yearbook in high school. There was something about me being a party animal in the dance floor of the local club IIRC.

Some bs line about motivation. I was too scared of getting in trouble so close to graduation to actually put something funny on it. Three friends of mine (who's names lined up next to each other put in order from left to right '911' 'was a' 'conspiracy'. It was odd they missed it but it was worth a short laugh when it did get printed.

You mean like leaving notes for each other in the back of the books? We do that though, they even add 5-6 pages specifically for that.

Yeah, same thing here in Denmark Sometimes, with the more unpopular people, the stuff written can be pretty harsh.

Yeah, kind of, but there will be some pre-defined stuff and then the class fills in the blanks. Could be, for instance:

The class': (Insert random title here, could be 'geak')

Three things on a deserted island: laptop, mom, fast-food

    Best catch: Some girl(s)

Worst mistake: having sex with two sisters

    etc. etc.

These are pretty bad, but you should get the idea

    Yep, here it's completely normal.

I remember one guy had a text about being a "regular customer at 'X address'". The address was the place of the local police station. There were some nasty stuff about some slutty girls, too. Like one girl had a text about her extensive bicycle hobby; the point was that she was the 'village bicycle'.

Parents and relatives might have questions about those things...

    Yeah

Can't fine my own, but here is my half-brother, who recently graduated (roughly translated to english):

    Quote(s): "No, you're, it's you, who're big!" - "Is it funny?" - "You're sum' special" - "Don't touch me" - "Them pigs" - "say wallah"

In ten years, the person is: Living in a gym center. Selling used cars for his brother. Living in the US and chilling with Drake, while producing own music.

Nickname: Karimzky, Kuiimzzz, Karimsch, Marrakech. The ladykiller.

    First impression: Nice. Gentleman. Hot. Compassionate. Popular dude. Stylish. Knows shit. L O V E L Y B O D Y.

The class': second fitness guru. Bulldog. Bouncer at a nightclub. 1st and 2nd years hot-bucket.

Known for: Being ripped. Sweet and nice gentleman. High-fashion. Outgoing. Knows everyone in Roskilde (our town). HOOOOOOOOOOT. Very, very flexible.

Haha, really? We don't do that here, to the parents vast dismay.

Not done here as far as I know. don't do that.

You do write messages in your school mates graduation hats though

The nerve is called the "nerve of awareness". You cant dissect it. Its a current that runs up the center of your spine. I dont know if any of you have sat down, crossed your legs, smoked DMT, and watch what happens... but what happens to me is this big thing goes RRRRRRRRRAAAAAWWW! up my spine and flashes in my brain... well apparently thats whats going to happen if I do this stuff...

I'm not sure why schools would consider it a great idea anyway to let a quote like in the OP through into a yearbook.

Anyway, last time I think a school asked us for a quote in a yearbook was in 5th grade, and I don't think I gave one...

I do have a few signatures from friends/classmates/teachers in my senior year book though.

didnt have a year book at my school, I did however say "Thank fuck ill never see you again" to a few people.

We had no "yearbook" in high school (lukio). Not sure if ours was an exception to the rule, or if it just isn't a thing here in Finland.

Yearbook design was developed by students with one teacher adviser in my high school. Chances are no one of authority saw the quote to say it couldn't be used.

Oh, I'm not 100% sure on how it went down in my High School honestly. I think there might of been a Yearbook club, but all they really did was take pictures and vote on what would be the cover possibly? Either way, there was usually two teacher advisers to every single club, and they wouldn't of let that slide.

At my high school we couldn't have quotes in the yearbook itself. However, the senior
class got a booklet made all aboot them; with each page being for an individual senior.
There was a questionnaire one would fill out, then the yearbook committee would decide
if something was inappropriate or not; and how to make the booklet. The whole school
    got a copy.

    I think my quote was
    Stay golden, Pony Boy.

We didn't have it. What we had was a class vote on who was the best dressed, most friendly, most likely to be filthy rich, etc.

Weird! We had and both of my sisters had, too (both in different high schools).

May I ask why this was a horrible realization? Like, how does not remembering this affect your day? I'm not trying to be snarky, I'm genuinely curious. I don't remember what mine was, and also can't remember when the last time I even sat down and looked through one of my yearbooks was (I'm 32).
I keep in touch occasionally (once or twice a year maybe) with a couple of my closest friends from high school, but other than that things from high school have 0 effect on my day.
Granted I grew up in a small town and have been back only twice since going off to college (my parents moved my freshman year at college so when I go "home" to visit it's not to my hometown) so I am nowhere close to my high school, but still. How does this negatively impact your current life?
