DW and Obliterate on Beta

With Rime increasing the damage of HB by 20%, I assume that Obliterate is back in the rotation for DW Frost in WoD. As someone who has never played DW except as mastersimple, how do you fit in that obliterate into the rotation?

If you simply spam HB you will almost never have a free frost or death rune to spend on Obliterate. So if your unholy rune is available, do you stop your (already slow on Beta) rotation to wait for the Frost Rune to come up? And how long is too much of a wait before it becomes a DPS loss compared to if you had just PS'ed the Unholy and continued spamming HB?

you can wait and sit in runes (yes might mean downtime) even though you can hit something right there and then sometimes waiting that extra 1 second to use it on something else thats proced but on cooldown is worth it. Not sure about DW but 2 handed saving some resources for it is worth it. Its a pain and feels wrong though.
