About us

<Set Sail For Fail> was formed by a group of friends who have been raiding together since 2005. In past raids/expansions we have taken part in several realm first boss kills/achievements such as;

Realm 1st - H Lich King 25-man
Realm 1st - H Ragnaros 10-man
Realm 1st - H Madness of Deathwing 10-man

These are just a few examples.

We originally started raiding together in <Furore> on US - Malygos, but the guild fell apart during the Wrath of the Lich King expansion after our GM and several other people transfered to join top-20 world guilds. After that happened we decided to create our own guild. We became known as <Skittles> on US-Malygos and raided under that guild tag through the rest of WotLK and most of Cataclysm until we were unable to fill our roster after losing a few key players due to real life issues. After that most of us joined <Equitas> on US-Malygos and raided with them until just recently when we decided to move to a higher population server and rebuild our old guild under a new name.

All of our current members are 18+ years old. We consider ourselves to be a semi-hardcore guild that is able to compete with hardcore guilds progression. Teamspeak can get fairly colorful, so if you are easily offended this guild is probably not the place for you.
