Tinfoil Awesome Viking Helmet: Could Thrall lift Mjölnir?

What do you think? Could Thrall lift Mjölnir? My vote is yes.

He fights giant monsters and he's a heroic figure that controls lightning. He's already good with a hammer. His carbon nanotube-reinforced depleted-uranium plot armor makes him at least semi-divine, so he's got the whole Green Jesus thing going for him.

Alternatively though, you could argue that the Hulk couldn't lift Mjölnir and he's green.

Why? Thrall already has a hammer and the powers of a god.

Yes, but the Doomhammer can't fly.

    Neither can Mjolnir per se.

Depends on which comic and universe. He lifts it in Ultimate Avengers and hurls it at Thor.

In terms of pure strength, no, thrall could not lift Mjolnir.

Having similar powers to thor doesn't mean you can use thor's hammer.

The only requirement of lifting/using Mjolnir is to be WORTHY of using Mjolnir. And considering thor was a big dick then all he had to do was stop being quite such a dick to be worthy, i'd say thrall is much less dickish than him, he can prolly use it.

If that freaky horse-faced alien (I forgot his name, but it's something with either Bill or Jack) can pick it up, and is worthy enough to get his own version and his own suit of armor; then I'm pretty sure anyone can be considered worthy enough.

No. He couldn't even take on Garrosh - if he could lift Mjölnir, so could countless others.

I voted Hulk. He struggled to lift Mjölnir and I don't see Thrall being more powerful in terms of physical strength.

WoD Nagrand says hi. And so does the time they fought in the arena pre-wotlk.

    Not for his strength
Not for his command of the elements
But for his Green Jesus qualities

    I vote yes.

Vote would be, no. Questions about the question would be a lot.

Why would the hammer be there? Why would it be near the hands of a orc and not some that might be even more worthy. Why would Thrall wish to even lift it, unless it is in the way?

He wouldn't be seen worthy, though, I don't think. Hardly any within the world of warcraft would be worthy at current time.

And the part that tingles, the hammer would most likely be a strength item, Thrall should hold his hands away anyways. Haha.

It only weighs 8kg, so most likely.

Thrall wouldn't be able to lift it.

Because a hunter already looted it.

Are we talking about marvel mjolnir or the real mjölnir from norse mythology?

    ....nope
For one, it's magically essentially. only those worthy can lift it
Two, it is forged from a dying star. Frankly, the thing should be so heavy that it creates gravity wells, but that wouldn't be very practical

Wait until Nagrand in WoD. Then you will see why Thrall couldn't beat Garrosh in Orgrimmar (hint: dark shaman influence).

To the OP: No. I believe only Thor can use the weapon.

    Only for the marvel one.

Oh and mjölnir wasn't forged inside a dying star, it was forged by a dwarf from a lump of iron.
