7.0 Combat Patch Notes Leaked

Rogue

• Sinister Strike now deals 100% weapon damage.
• Revealing Strike now deals 100% weapon damage. Additional effects removed.
• Eviscerate now deals 100% weapon damage per combo point consumed.
• Slice and Dice is passive and no longer consumes combo points, and its effect has been increased to 100% increased attack speed.
• Main Gauche now deals 100% weapon damage, down from 225% but can now proc from either weapon.
• Instant Poison damage has been changed to 100% weapon damage, changed from 26.4% of attack power.
• New Passive: Improved Multistrikes. Increases multistrike damage from 30% to 100%, but Multistrikes now only triggers from autoattacks.
• Adrenaline Rush no longer increases energy regeneration, but now increases attack speed by 50%.
• Fan of Knives and Crimson Tempest have been removed in lieu of Blade Flurry's target cap removal.
  
  Talent Changes:
• Anticipation redesigned; Your auto attacks now generate one charge of Anticipation. At five stacks of anticipation, deals 100% weapon damage to your current target.
• Marked for Death redesigned. Targets affected by your poisons take 20% increased damage from your auto attacks.
• Shuriken Toss Redesigned. Now allows you to deal 120% weapon damage from up to 30 yards away with your auto attacks, but no longer generates combo points or costs energy. Passive.
  
• Venom Zest now passively increases autoattack speed against poisoned targets by 30%. Other effects removed.
• Shadow Reflection now only copies auto attacks, but lasts 2 minutes, up from 8 seconds. Now deals 30% of the player's damage, down from 100%.
• Death From Above redesigned. Now increases autoattack damage by 30% against shorter targets than the player. Also passively increases player height by 500%.
