2) Whats the perfect Mainboard for it?

As already said i plan to go with 2x4GB DDR3 1600 or 1866 MHZ. Also i have a GTX 970 (Gigabyte G1).

Get a Z97 chipset mothjerboard that costs ~€100-120. The only reasons to go higher are epeen and for unique features
