People with Most if not all Prideful gear Ventrilo/Skype, working mic and knowledge of PvP with BG targets Add-on.
Guild Flex Needs:
Any and all Interested In running as a guild to get extra rep and or gear for alt characters Just ask in guild chat people will be willing to go!
Challenge Modes Needs:
Players with knowledge of the fights and difference between both heroic and Challenge modes, gear set for the Challenge Modes that is gemmed and enchanted correctly, and Ventrilo and the ability to ask in guild chat if people wanna form a group! About Us:

How To Get In: First thing to note all of our spots are competitive for any candidate, and will remain so to keep a steady and active roster for our teams!
There are a few ways to get in! If you currently reside on Mal'Ganis message anyone in the Guild at any time and then get in touch with an Officer. If you are Cross Realm make sure to visit our website and fill out our application in the recuitment tab as best you can, we can then get in contact with you. Also you may add our B-Tag and get in touch with us VIA in game whisper and set up an interview!

Edge of Insanity (EOI) is a level 25 Alliance raiding guild (14/14)H on US-Bloodhoof. We are a well established raiding guild that has been raiding since 2005; with that age there comes a level of maturity that you don't see with many of the other guilds. We are currently looking for more people to fill out our ranks and make EOI their new home. If you’re looking for a friendly, drama-free guild, with the possibility of progression raiding and where people are online at all hours then EOI is the guild for you!
EoI raids Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 P.M. EST-11:30 P.M. With a third night being added during the 1st raid tier of WoD.
Loot- EoI uses a Loot Council made up of all of our officers that decide who gets a piece of loot based on several factors...
Attendance, Performance( This does not just mean numbers), Recruit status. When it's all said and done the officers will ALWAYS give the piece to the player who benefits the TEAM the most.
Our goal as a raid group is to be the number 1 guild on this server. Which requires us to have certain expectations of the people in our group.
Which are...
-Must be extremely familiar with their class/spec, which includes the players off spec.
-Must be able to attend at minimum 2/3 raids per week. We understand life gets in the way, but we are here to kill bosses.
-Maintaining knowledge of their class/spec through patches.
-Willing to research fights without having to be told to, and long before the nights raid begins.
-Willing to take constructive criticism
-Willing to communicate with other raiders during raids as needed in Mumble/Vent
-No Drama- If you cause it, you're done in EOI
What you can expect from us:

I'm the CoGM/Raid Lead for Ghost Division on Moonrunner/Alliance. We're currently in need of a competent and reliable healer for our 10 man heroic group. At this point we are 6/14 heroic and making pretty good progress on Shamans for our first couple attempts. We have plans to adjust and push through WoD 20 man at a fast pace. Being our server is a bit smaller than your Illidans, Stormrages, and Zul'jins, our raid competition is rather low. As we see it, we have a great chance of pushing the ranks even further than top 10 on the server and into the top three or even number one spot. On top of raiding, we have an active challenge mode team working to finish up golds before the expansion, we regularly run older content for mount farming, achievements, and fun. We use a Teamspeak server hosted by one of our very own raiders and it's up and active 24/7 and provides many channels for the variety of games our members and friends play together.
Although our server is west coast, most of the guild members and raiders reside on the east coast.

About Us
Propaganda is a 25m raiding guild on Thrall-Horde. The leadership team is comprised of individuals who have had extensive past experience in heroic, progression-oriented raiding. Prior to the creation of this guild, myself and several of my officers recruited for, organized and led a very successful casual 25m, the first on Thrall to kill Garrosh normal.
Raid Info Progression and Goals 10/14 H in 25m SoO. We are a new, progression-oriented guild aiming to build a notable Mythic team once WoD hits. To that end, we have been working to recruit players who are not only talented, but also friendly, reliable and humble. Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 - 11 EST. Loot System: Loot ladder for MS rolls, free OS/transmog rolls. Core raiders > trials Recruitment Needs: resto druid/shaman/priest; fury warrior or ret paladin; ele shaman
Please be 570+ with the legendary cloak and SoO experience. Previous heroic raiding experience in SoO is preferred. If you have not raided with the guild before, we ask that you provide logs when applying.
When we're not raiding, the guild focuses on fighting SoO burnout by gearing alts and hanging out together. We know when we need to be serious, but we also have a blast (if you're easily offended, or under 18, this is not the guild for you!) Guild chat is almost always active, and we hold weekly alt flex runs as well as frequent old content runs for meta mounts and transmog gear. Several of our guildies pvp, and very recently our 3s team got their Vicious mounts. If challenge modes are your thing, myself and several of my officers run CM gold groups every weekend, with the goal of completing gold sets for all guildies who are interested.
Heroic raiding can sometimes be peppered with drama, egos, and a generally stressful atmosphere. My ultimate goal with Propaganda is to create a positive, fun guild atmosphere while still running a high-achieving raid team.
