Pretty much this. I mean most men listen to this stuff when they are with their girl because it is their girl. We all make this sacifice and some even convince themselves to enjoy it. But once they aren't your girl it gets either unconfortable because you want them to be, or because you are a normal dude and could give very little shits about most of this stuff.

I just kind of give the OP a little credit in doing it as quickly as he did. Usually this is something that melts away slowly as the water below the ice boils. But this guy.. he just pulled the trigger by throwing all the stuff on the table and then flipping the table over once things didn't fall into place. Could have been done cleaner, but hey, we aren't aiming for perfect.

As to the point of the thread. Any insight to why I might feel fine after ending a friend ship with someone I cared a lot about would be nice. It's just weird that I don't feel anything and that is slightly unnerving to me.

The unnerving feeling is your heart. Your brain tells you you're fine. In this case, listen to your brain, as you at last chose the most mentally healthy option. Such matters may damage ones mind over longer periods of time.

Hey really, thanks guys, I was just looking for advice from other people who have possibly and probably had more time and experience with this stuff. She deleted me off skype yesterday. Logged on and saw the "User hasn't shared their info with you". So going in the right direction imo. My college is a huge campus too, doubt we'll run into each other.

Well I have female friends, too.

None of us are particularly close, but that's because I don't fancy them. I honestly, never, could imagine myself being "just friends" with any female I'm attracted to.
