    Can i join a guild thats connected to my realm? To raid with

    I know that i can join guild thats from another realm aslong as there connected. but can i join raid with them. Now SoO is cross realm but with the upcoming changes to raiding can i join mythic with them? since were not actual on the same realm. Anyone know an answer?

    You're not on different realms. Realms that are connected are essentially just one big realm.

    You can.

    As Shahad said. The servers you were on before don't exist anymore, it's one realm. The whole issue with the "Holymind-MyServer" thing is just because there might already be a Holymind on the connected server, and they can't mass force anyone to change the names.

    You are on the same realm. Your realm name is just fake, its whole purpose is to allow people to retain their old names, nothing more.
