    Build for 700-800

Hi im looking to upgrade from a dual core computer with 3 gigs of ram

I'm really interested in the i5 4690k if that is possible to get on this budget, main goals with the computer are my school work and gaming, it'd be nice to play gta v on a 120mhz 1920x1080 monitor on max settings.

    Im in the US.

    700-800 budget

    do not need OS,keyboard,mouse,monitor,CD drive

and another question, with the computer I have, I had to put in a Ethernet card, when building a new computer do you also do the same or does it connect to mother board?

The following its slightly over 800 after rebates, but has a decent gpu on it and a 256gb ssd. IF you can't go with it then drop the ssd and get an hdd.
