character creation-Screen Sets

I mean the HighLvl-Sets for every Class that you see when you create a new charakter while choosin your race and class (before customisation).
i think everyone knows which ones i mean

I read somewhere, that they are the new boosted charakter sets AND that players that didn't boostet a charakter will also have the possibility to get them. well, i think that some of them are really really nice (especially the paladin set) and i would like to get them for transmogg.

So somebody knows how we will get them and if we can use them for transmog? Did blizzard stated it? Or are they maybe already in beta?
Can some beta players or better informated people answer my question?

Sounds good if they do it like this. But are you sure you dont mean the stormwind/guard-sets? because they will be in the garrison as transmog gear

There's no information on how they'll be obtained yet. There's a vague rumour it might be via the Salvage Yard.
