Reporting in for the broccoli team.
I'd say cucumber, both for salad and pickled. (just not on a burger) Cauliflower ain't half bad either.
Cauliflower. Especially when cooked and then cooled off as a salad. So delicious.
I'm a big fan of vegetables in general so it's hard to pick a favourite. They're a great accompaniment to most dishes and so I eat them fairly often.
Team asparagus anyone?
Potato of course, so versatile. Second place goes to the onion.
Sweet potato. You can roast it, boil, mash it and make chips out of it. It's pure win.
That said boiled potato with salt and melted butter is totally epic too
I'm one of those weird ones that likes Broccoli & Brussels sprout. Boiled or grilled, so they still have a little crunch = yummy.
Garlic and bacon.
Carrot. How does one cook roast beef without carrots?
