    I'm a big fan of vegetables in general so it's hard to pick a favourite. They're a great accompaniment to most dishes and so I eat them fairly often.

    Sweet potato. You can roast it, boil, mash it and make chips out of it. It's pure win.

    I'm one of those weird ones that likes Broccoli & Brussels sprout. Boiled or grilled, so they still have a little crunch = yummy.

    Indeed. I really like almost all kinds of vegetables, too. Not as accompaniments - most of my meals simply do consist purely of them.

    An exception, however, would be eggplants. Oh, how I despise that stuff...
