A Question regarding multistrike for ranged DD's

Hell everyone,

WoD introduces Multistrike as a new stat, which, according to wowhead, grants to extra chances to deal 30% extra damage of any attack / DoT Tick / etc damaging the target. Wowhead states:

You might cast a [Frostbolt] against your target, hitting for 1000 damage, and then score a multistrike, causing a second Frostbolt to hit the target (with no additional mana cost or casting time) for 300 damage.

Now is my question: Are these extra attacks (hunter shots / or frostbolt, like stated there) visible or is there no visible feedback besides extra numbers floating around? For example, my stead shot triggers multistrike - do i see a cascade of two shots flying to the target or just one (the basic shot?).

If I remember correctly, the extra attacks should be visible. However this doesn't include autoattack or dots.
