Quick question about "removed items"

Are these items:
a) Still available in WoD, but NOT in the toy box
or
b) Not available in WoD, but ARE in the toy box?

And on that note, does anyone have a list of toys that are being removed?

The items still exist, they just will not be added to the toybox.

Mostly because they had teleport effects or were otherwise deemed "too powerful".

I wish they would have left them in but made them character bound instead of account bound. I need mah inventory space

The fact they won't allow teleport items into the toy box is really stupid... I don't get it.
