Getting to H-Garrosh for the first time

This was brought up in guild about lockout requirements when reaching H-Garrosh for the first time. Does the heroic lockout have to include ALL bosses being killed in Heroic Mode for that particular lockout, or does the raid leader only have to had killed each heroic boss once in order to spawn H-Garrosh at the end after killing Paragons? We don't want to reach the end boss and not have him appear there due to the way the lockout was defeated. Though, most of the members during that point would be at 13/14H, would killing bosses in Normal Mode for that week up to Garrosh cause the raid not to see H-Garrosh at the end?

The person with the lockout (raid leader) needs to have defeated every boss on Heroic for that lockout. It can be an extended lockout, but every boss in the instance needs to have been defeated on Heroic for Heroic Garrosh to appear.

As for anybody else, as NM does not interfere with Heroic, as long as they haven't defeated another Heroic encounter during that lockout then they should be fine.

You have to kill every heroic boss in that lockout for garrosh to spawn on heroic.
