The thread title is a comment made by the person filming this incident. From what I gather, the police are apparently (judging by what's being said in the video by the person taking it and by at least one of the police) arresting men for standing/walking on the street, which I don't understand at all to begin with, but when you look at the street in the neighborhood, one wonders where the hell people should walk.
What I find interesting is that this video has been uploaded by the Tallahassee Police, and the only reason I can think of for them wanting to do that would be to show the one woman being tasered, as if to say "look people, we don't always immediately gun you down dead, sometimes we use a taser" or something. But... They taser a woman for talking back to them, and for approaching them with grievances. I guess they felt - the what, 10 or so cops - that they were in danger by this clearly unarmed a bit older woman, while she was on her street, and still like a good 30 yards from the patrol cars. Oh, and obviously they arrest her too, after tasering her.
There's no gun violence in this video, and nobody dies. However, the dude filming does make an excellent point, and that's the thread title. Also, there's no racism? Read the Youtube comments. Sure, they're Youtube comments, but still.
Thanks to the Tallahassee Police for their transparency in how they treat black people in Tallahassee, I guess.
