Heroic lockouts

In the new heroic lockouts (old normal) can you kill a boss more than once a week in the same way as the current flex?

Can I go raid the first 2 wings in nhc or hc and next day join another raid that starts with a fresh ID? I know, that I can get only once per ID an Item from a boss.

btw, in nhc and hc: Do we get loot assigned like in flex right now or do we need a lootmaster?

I'm pretty sure that it works like in Flex and you're locked to bosses not IDs. RE: Loot I think it's loot master by default but you can change it to act like Flex (not 100% sure I know that was mentioned at some point, but I don't know if it was actually implemented)
