6.0 Resto Efflo WA?

Anyone found an effective WeakAura to track Efflo? My buddy said that TellMeWhen will track it, but I'd prefer to stick to WA if there's an option for it. I haven't poked around too much with it, but I'd like to see if any of you have found a way to track it?

Thank you all very much for this. Yesterday I actually succeeded in making one that counted down from thirty after the combat log registered Wild Mushroom being used, but I wasn't able to make one that showed me when it was not active.
