Red face How do you make your own pizza?

From start of cose (not just buying frozen one and trowing stuff on and on 200*C in owen).

When i make pizza without the usage of Tiled Stove i use ....wait for it....baking powder and not Yeast.
1.st you dont have too wait a hour. And second it taste batter in owen....no idea why realy.

Here is my recepte (i dont like mushrums btw..but they can be added for others):
Prepare time-- 20 min, baking time 25-30 min

    Tools:
    Owen
    Baking paper
    Something too mix
    Bowl
    Your fists

    Regents:
    Pizza Dough
    450 g flour
    whole baking powder
    6g of salt
    15 ml olive oil
    200 ml water (warm)

    Toppings
Ketchup 100ml..can use more if needed (the old from glass....dont use plastic ones...not good quality)
    Oil 5ml
Chesse (grated) 100g ..the one that melts fast (dont use one with holes)
Ham (one of the best quality you can get) 20g
Mozzarela Chesse (as much as you want)
    Oregano

You start with flour, baking powder and salt. You mix them together.
Then you add warm water and oil (if its not warn you will have problems--no reaction).
You mix till its imposible too mix.
Now you use your fists and you need too get as much air out of dough as posible. In the end make it into a ball.

Set your owen too 205*C (fan + temperature from top).
Put your dough on baking paper and spread it as much as posible (use fists). In the midde most of it must be removed ( 5-2mm ).
Make a edge at the end of it (too keep ketchup inside).
Now place a finished dough into owen for 10 min.

In meentime mix ketchup + oil + oregano. And if you dont have grated chesse...then make one. (this part is pain in ass)

Put dough outside and apply ketchup mix on it. Then put it back for 5 min and set owen too 220*C.
After this take it outside again and place toppings in this order:
    Granted chesse
    Ham
Mozzarela Chesse (be sure you dont put too much)
    Oregano
And back too owen for 10-15 min.

Too bad i dont have any picture of it. So here is one that looks similar:

It makes me happy that you used the word "reagents" instead of "ingredients"

That makes me happy. I also like when people things like "Pattern" or "Schematic" instead of recipie. And calling a chemist or pharmacy and apothecary makes me smile.

Ewwwww, ketchup for sauce. If youre going to all the work of making your own dough, you could at least buy a can of pizza sauce if you arent going to make your own sauce

I make pizza semi-regularly, I don't use ketchup or buy pizza sauce (the point of making your own pizza is to make it yourself). Buy crushed tomatoes, and use that. I also don't suggest spending an hour making an appetizer, if you're gonna spend an hour on it, make enough.

    Some tips:
*Cut the cheese in rods, and use a blender. It takes some practice, but it'll save you like 20 minutes just on the cheese alone.
*Different types of oils have different characteristics (and tastes!). Use different oils for the dough and the oven plate (so it won't stick). This way you don't need that infernal baking paper (if you're making family sized pizza, the paper won't cover everything anyway).
*If you feel up to it, you can roll the outskirts over itself into an O-shape, and stick cheese or whatever in there. Melted cheese crusts = yummy.
*You can add a lot of cheap ingredients if you want more food for the money. Onions, paprika, etc.
*Different types of cheese give different flavors, but in my experience none really taste bad. If money is tight start with the cheaper alternatives and work yourself up. You can use less of stronger tasting cheeses, or use some as supplement to a more bland "main" cheese.
*Put the toppings between the tomato sauce and the cheese, there's a reason the professionals do it this way. That is, bread -> tomato sauce -> toppings -> cheese (-> oregano).

I always take a picture of my pizzas before I put them in the oven, I'll see if I can upload something when my schedule allows.

Toast two slices of bread in the toaster.
Spread some ketchup on the bread.
Sprinkle some cheese on the ketchup.
Sprinkle some tuna on the cheese.
    Add a little pepper.
Put under the grill for 3 minutes.

    /pizza

I got a shiver down my spine, when I read Ketchub.

    I use for the dough

    Flour 405 (depends on preference)
    Salt
    Olive oil
    Yeast
    Warm Water.

Skip the Tomato Sauce and Put on
    Olives
    Onions
    Garlic
    Basilikum
Sliced up Tomatoes. Whatever type of like
    Goat Cheese
    Egg.
And top it lightly with some Olive Oil.

However only pelati is good for pizza sauce....if you try a normal tomatoes....no good...ever!
You can buy them canned. However you usualy need too mix them and add some oregano, salt, oil and basil. (the main problem is that those things are sometimes hard to get)

Most of receptes i see use normal tomato + onions + garlic + salt + peper. And belive me....it tastes horible. Tried...never again.

    Flour
    Salt
    Yeast (Dry or fresh)
    40*C water

Put a bunch of tomatoes in boiling water and put it aside for a minute. Then, take it in cold water - makes it easy to peel the skin of the tomatoes. Chop them off, remove excessive fluid / seeds etc, and mash them up or put them in a blender or whatever. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, herbs (oregano, basil, etc) and garlic. Mash it all up in the blender or whatever. Put it all in a small pot, and heat it up and simmer for 5-10 min. Add water as necessary to give it the right consistency that you want. Also, for extra flavour, you can add red wine. Add about 30 min of simmer time for 1DL of wine.

Fix the dough, add the sauce, add your favourite cheese and toppings.

put in owen for another 10 mins

    yum

It tastes fine if you blend the tomatoes so they arent lumpy and then add a little sugar to it to get rid of the tomatoey flavor
