Camera lag post 6.02

Has anyone else noticed this? It happens turning with both the mouse and keys. It's like a studder of skipped frames then puts you where it 'should' but it's very distrating. Could be just me and an addon acting up but it's been constant since the patch. Also some areas are loading in their NPCs rather slowly sometimes 30+ seconds.

And no there's no way in hell it's my rig.

You mean when you try to grab the camera (holding down mouse button) and it suddenly and randomly changes to another cameraangle?

No it goes to where you moved it but it's skipping frames.
