[H] Aeternum - Darksorrow EU needs YOU for Mythic raiding

Hi everyone! We are currently remaking the guild Aeternum on Darksorrow EU (Horde side) for the upcoming expansion, and we're currently recruiting mythic raiders in preparation for the upcoming raids.

About us:
We were originally a hardcore raiding guild located on the server Emerald Dream (Alliance) back in Wrath. We did quite well at the time and we were quite competetive, however people didn't enjoy Cataclysm very much and a huge chunk of our core decided to take a longer break from the game. Some of us stopped playing, others wandered off to other competetive raiding guilds, some turned to PvP. But with WoD right around the corner a few of the core members of the old team have decided to remake Aeternum and go for gold this time, as horde on Darksorrow.

The current roster consists of dedicated and serious raiders who have all been playing in competetive guilds at different points throughout the expansions. Since most of us are students or hold down full-time jobs it makes us quite aware that people lead busy lives and therefore have limited playing time, so we will be running with 3 raid nights a week. We have not decided on which nights, what times and what loot system we are using yet. However, it will most likely be from 20:00-23:00/23:30 and we are leaning towards Loot Council/GDKP, as we've had good experiences with it in the past.

We're all very sociable and outgoing, and easy to talk to. There's a lot of humour and joking around, but when it comes down to it, we expect everyone to step up and give the effort and commitment required to be competetive.

We have a lot of previous hardcore raiding experience. We've raided hardcore through vanilla, including Naxx. Sunwell during TBC. ICC25 14/14 HC. Some took breaks during MoP and Cata, but some cleared everything on heroic. We've run competetive guilds throughout as well.

Goals for WoD:
Our immediate short-term goals is to be competetive on the server. We find our fun in being up there, at the top level of things. We're aiming to become one of the best guilds on the server, and we're definitely looking to become the #1 on Horde side at least. You could be a part of that.

What we're looking for in a member:
The most important thing we're looking for are people who share the same passion and love for progression raiding. People who are reliable and show the same high level of focus and commitment when the content demands it. Being able to keep calm during stressfull situtations is a must. Raiding can be extremely stressfull. We try to make raids as fun and enjoyable as we can, but there will be times when things just go way wrong, and we need you to be able to handle that.

We don't want people who whine after every whipe, or start calling people out because they made one mistake. We need reliable raiders, who we can trust to always show on time, ready and prepared for the raid. People who treat each other with kindness and respect, but won't hesitate to give constructive criticism if needed to. Dedication being the keyword.

It obviously helps a lot if you have previous experience in hardcore/mythic competetive raiding. 3 days of raiding is not a lot, so we expect high attendance from every member. It's a given these days that you're expected to be present on TS and you're able to communicate on it.

This is a perfect opportunity for past hardcore raiders who have been on a break and are returning for WoD. We're going to establish ourselves on a server which is currently growing on the horde side, and we're going for that #1 spot. There's quite a few servers with free migration to Darksorrow as well at the moment, so there's that!

It's worth noting that we do take social members, but we require those to be at least 18+ and are generally nice and doesn't beg/whine alot. You can take the step from social to raider, but you have to apply like everyone else.
