Hello, and welcome to my thread for recruiting for our guild <Archivum> on Whisperwind-Alliance.

We're currently clearing 14/14 Mythic, and want to look at getting one more solid healer for progressing into Warlords of Draenor.

Currently Recruiting
Restoration Shaman OR Holy Paladin however, all exceptional classes are welcome to apply.

Tuesday 8-11 Central
Wednesday 8-11 Central
Thursday 8-11 Central

We are looking for long term, skilled players to help us fill out the roster for Warlords of Draenor.

Now here's some info on our actual guild itself:

Goals
Our main goal as a guild is to get as high progression as possible and make a serious mark on the rankings, but while still keeping it a semi-casual and fun atmosphere. This means while we still want to keep it fun, we need everyone to be serious and motivated and always trying to do everything and anything they can to keep us moving forwards at all times.

Expectations
As a serious progression raiding guild we have a few expectations for all of our current & future raiders.

Firstly, as a guild, we want to succeed but have fun while doing it. We want to enjoy raiding and we feel that we have the most fun when we can play well and reap the rewards of trying hard as a team. Patience, a good sense of humor, and a competitive streak are all great qualities to have. In short, you should be a pleasant person with a motivated perspective.

Secondly, we are interested in players who really make an effort to improve their performance and contribute to helping the raid strategize for progression. Fight mechanics change and progression is entirely dependent on how quickly a raid learns to deal with the challenges in front of them. Being able to adapt quickly and maintaining high situational awareness is essential. We're not just looking for people who can top the meters - survivability, situational awareness, and an ability to fit in well with the guild atmosphere are also key.

Basically we expect you to be skilled, dedicated, and willing to challenge and better yourself under any circumstances. We're looking for someone who's going to be in it for the long haul, someone who is vocal and doesn't have a problem sitting on a fight if its needed. If you have geared alts and understand how to play them and can play them during progress if needed is a huge plus. If you get offended very easily or don't respond to criticism well then this is not the guild for you. We encourage competitiveness and drive to push yourself to become more efficient and better at adapting to any fight or any role, we're going to constantly striving to be the best and so should you.

Rules for Raiding
1. Always show up 10-15 minutes prior to raid time unless you've given warning to your raid leader, if you are not online by raid time you will be replaced as soon as possible.
2. Always have back-up flasks, potions(enough for pre-potting as well) and food just in case the guild bank is running low that week.
3. Always stay focused during raid times.
4. Keep a mature relaxed atmosphere, no childish/irritating jokes or yelling/arguing during raid times.
5. Never ever interrupt or talk over the Raid Leader during important messages.
6. It's in everyone's best interests to keep downtime to a minimal, so do not randomly go away from keyboard. Going away for 30-60 seconds for something quickly after a wipe as long as you notify the raid leader is fine but any longer than that is a problem. There will be 5-10 minutes raid breaks designated by the leader, save anything you need to do for those breaks.
7. Be social. If you have a raid CD (Rallying Cry, Tranquility, Hand of Sacrifice, Power Word: Barrier etc. etc) Or if you're in charge of a certain mechanic .... Call it out. Be careful not to talk over anyone else but communication is Key to good raiding coordination.
