Is it possible to zone into the LFR Dragon Soul with a group via the NPC, or just solo?

^ This. While clearing heroic on my paladin this week I noticed the NPC standing outside the instance, talked to them and was thrown straight into the instance by myself. Was a little bit difficult but managed to kill LFR morchok.

Why would LFR be more difficult than Heroic?

The usual zone-wide -dmg/-health debuff for bosses isn't there on LFR.

Also the damage scaling to 25 people vice 10 (when I said I did heroic on my paladin I meant 10H).
