quick "starting zones" question

are the draenor starting zones exclusive to each faction? i.e. must I have an horde char to do frostridge(?) quests?

yes, and I have another question for someone else, Does Loremaster of Draenor require you to do both FFR and SMV quests or just one of them?

I don't think there is a Loremaster of Draenor... Can't seem to find it.

There are level 100 areas in each zone. So yes. There is quest content in FFR for Alliance and SMV for horde. But The starting questlines are faction exclusive.

for leveling they are exclusive, north frostfire and eastern shadowmoon are mostly lvl 100 content which is for both factions
